Hi, made my first loaf this week. I decided to use my dough hook on my mixer to make things a little quicker (less of the turning every 30 mins). All was going well, dough looked good when I put it in the fridge overnight before baking in the morning. However, when I took it out of the fridge it had risen a lot and was far more sticky (stuck to the cover). Once on the baking tray it was a lot flatter and this is what it looked like when I got it out. Any ideas what I have done wrong please
