Centrifugal pump alignment method, pump alignment method
The purpose of horizontal centrifugal pump alignment is to make the center line of the water inlet and outlet of the horizontal centrifugal pump and the pump axis line completely consistent with the corresponding center line planned during the concrete foundation pouring of the horizontal centrifugal pump, so as to be consistent with the motor or diesel engine.
Take the horizontal double suction centrifugal pump as an example to align the centrifugal pump: take the vertical and horizontal center lines as the standard, draw a mutually vertical intersection center line in the air above the horizontal centrifugal pump equipment, hang two vertical lines on the two lines, and move the horizontal centrifugal pump so that the center line of its inlet and outlet coincides with the vertical line hanging on the axis. During the alignment of the horizontal centrifugal pump, if it is found that the position of the anchor bolt hole is incorrect, or the size of the anchor bolt hole of the horizontal centrifugal pump and the drawing in the attached instruction manual are not aligned, the bolt hole is not aligned with the bolt, or there is no room for movement after alignment, then appropriate measures must be taken, such as increasing the anchor bolt hole of the pump, knocking the bolt, etc., to make the alignment deviation of the horizontal centrifugal pump not exceed the specified value.
The alignment method of single-stage single suction centrifugal pump is the same as the above method. It is OK to align the axis line.
